Information we may request includes your name, e-mail address, phone number, shipping & billing address, credit card details, as well as other similar personal information. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill your order. If we have trouble processing an order or credit card transaction, we will contact the customer using the information provided.
We outsource our shipment and credit card processing to a third party shipping companies and a credit card processing company to bill buyers for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

Returns Policy 

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. In the case of a return the return shipping costs will be deduct from the refund. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping & Delivery :

All orders will take up to 3 business days for processing and will shipped from our warehouse. We have different facilities across the U.S to reach all customers faster. Most orders should be delivered within 10-12 business days. 

All our shipping partners are well reputed companies and offer the best service in the market. 

NOTE: PLEASE INSPECT THE PACKAGE FOR ANY DAMAGES BEFORE SIGNING THE RECEIPT. IF YOU NOTICE ANY DAMAGES , KINDLY NOTE THAT ON THE RECEIPT FORM WITH PICTURES IF POSSIBLE. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO REPORT ANY DAMAGE ISSUES THAT MIGHT HAVE ACURED DURING TRANSIT. 

Warranty

Tulare Motorsports LLC. warranty is applied in all the brands we carry and all products we sell.

The warranty will NOT cover :

Brakes, carburetors , chain, electric start , tires, handle bar , seat, or any defect due to neglect or misuse.   

Please be aware that these items need to be regularly checked , lubricated , and maintained and any technical issue due to misuse will not be covered with the warranty
